These terms apply when you use the Joypark website. Commercial orders are also governed by the quotation, contract, invoice, and technical documents agreed for that project.

Products, specifications, and quotations
Images, names, dimensions, power information, materials, features, certificates, packaging, and lead times may be updated or customized. Final specifications, prices, currency, taxes, shipping, installation scope, payment terms, and delivery dates are confirmed only in an approved quotation, pro forma invoice, contract, or order document.
Project information
You are responsible for providing accurate site dimensions, destination requirements, utilities, access conditions, local regulations, and other information needed for a proposal. Drawings and project concepts remain subject to technical review, site verification, and written approval.
